Note that dont own the server, am reseller on shared server so dont have root access.
EasyPSA does this from what it looks like, but it has to be installed on server that you own, by the looks of it. Ideally would like something that would input all those items into one form window, and it would run on the server to add the domain to the server, give it webspace allotment, activate PHP, Frontpage, CGIbin if necessary, create the mail boxes under the domain, create the database and database user.
